Hiring for Sr.Manager/AGM-QA

Location: Dabaspet, Bangalore

Qualification: BE/ME Mechanical with 15 to 25 Years Experience in Precision Sheet metal/aesthetics Industry.

Job Responsibilities:

- Heading QA & Responsible for all activities related to QA.

- Responsible for manufacturing and QMS activities.

- Execute suppliers /vendors assessment periodically to ensure product performance and delivery schedule

- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction on products by initiating corrective and preventive measures

- Calibration, process audit and product audit

- Organize periodical audits of suppliers /vendors on product development and provide training

- Ensure 100% adherence with regard to QEHS all departments across company as a management Representative

- Conduct Management review meetings

- Improve the quality management system and product improvement.

- Influence to bring TQM culture across quality department, Coordinate on implementation of ISO9001 (QMS), ISO 14001(EMS) & ISO 45001(OHSAS)

- Drive QCC/SGA/CFT projects focusing on process quality Improvements

- Developing existing suppliers into Green Channel supplier

- Improve In-house and supplier processes and reduce customer complaints.
