- We are seeking an experienced PR and Social Media Manager to enhance the brand presence in the BFSI & Emerging tech training sector in India.
- As a mid-level professional, you'll be responsible for managing the in-house PR agency, external and internal communications and end to end social media handles and its content / calendar.
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, sales and leadership, to create impactful messaging for our various stakeholders, including our learner community and B2B / enterprise clients.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Public Relations & Media Management: Develop and execute PR strategies to establish a strong media presence, including managing press releases, media pitches, and interviews.
- Write authored articles / industry stories on behalf of the stakeholders for the BFSI / Emerging tech training sector.
- Brand and Content Development: Craft compelling narratives and content that reflect our brand values and mission in the BFSI and Emerging tech training space, including social media calendar, blog posts, press releases, case studies, thought leadership articles, and newsletters.
- Handle SM channels end to end in terms of content / strategy / growth.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and public perception to inform PR and communication strategies
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns and provide insights to refine future initiatives.
- Partner with design, sales, and product teams to align on collaterals, events, campaigns.
Candidate:
Ideal candidate should have experience and exposure in skills listed below:
- 6+ years of experience in PR, communications and social media, or a similar role, preferably within the EdTech, emerging technology, or BFSI sectors.
- Strong ability in creative thinking and ideation wrt content (long form writing).
- Agency management experience (PR and social media).
- Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
