Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day to day operations, lead, manage and develop respective teams to meet the KPIs

- Responsible for supervision, training, and performance of Insurance operations staff in accordance with company's policies and procedures

- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures

- Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity

- Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans

- Act as an effective coach/ mentor to direct reports

- Span: 1501-200 FTEs

- Adherence to legal requirement, industry regulations customer quality standards set by the company

- Undertake mandatory compliance training as specified by the company

Person Specification:

- Should have strong knowledge of Subrogation & Personal Lines Claims

- Ability to assess and manage performance issues within the team

- Sound numerical and analytical skills

- Strong people management skills

- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills

- Planning and organizing skills

- Influencing and leading

Knowledge/Experience:

- Graduate with 12-20 yrs of relevant work experience

- Sound knowledge of P&C underwriting process
