Senior Manager - Project Planning & Coordination

Job Description:

- Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources.

- Monitors construction schedule & highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance.

- To analyze the gaps between the planned vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for the action of the project team.

- To prepare method statement & submits to clients/consultants for approval.

- Creates planning studies and generates reports about new programs, plans, and regulations.

- Activity Planning at different stages of the project with WBS.

- Scheduling and tracking of projects at Macro and micro level in MSP & Excel.

- Preparation of delay analysis & delay registers on a regular basis project wise.

- Preparation of Catch up schedules.

- Preparations of Weekly , Monthly review presentations.

- Conducting weekly progress review meeting , preparation of MOM & tracking of same.

- Coordination with other Dept.'s for deliverables.

- Cash flow & Cash flow analysis, Man power Histogram, etc.

- Preparation of Vendor on board schedule.

- Should have a good knowledge of planning of buildings especially from the Developer side.

- Ability to handle multiple projects, simultaneously.

- Demonstrable ability to independently deal with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

- Knowledge of utilizing MS-project , MS -Office , AutoCAD.

- Preparation of project close-out report.

- Good technical knowledge.

- Thorough knowledge of fast track projects, cost control & engineering standard.

Qualification:

- B.E - Civil or PG in Construction Management with 8 - 12+years of experience into Real estate industry with working knowledge of MS Project.
