Qualification:- MBA/Post graduate in Marketing
Responsible for program planning & Execution, conceptualizing and managing B2B customer awareness program, partner programs and initiatives for the India/ Sub continent region.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Responsible for conceptualizing and managing B2B customer awareness program, partner programs and initiatives for the India/ Sub continent region.
- Develop innovative tools to influence and engage the developers, designers and architects.
- Develop a calendar of events - seminars tours, events, awards that will motivate, and build strong brand in mind and drive networking and partnership.
- Lead this for execution and monitor return on investment of such events/ activities.
Measuring Effectiveness
- Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, Draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision making on next steps.
- Increase in Lixil share with engaged developers, designers and architects.
Customer Focus
- Support business development, Marketing and Operation to develop
- It is a co-owned role with sales and KAM Team with a clear view to develop long term relationships with developers, designers & architects so that LIXIL is top of the mind brand, while making the purchase decision.
- Resourceful & Well networked with Commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Hands on in Excel and desired knowledge on MS - Access.
Required Education and Experience:
- MBA/Post graduate in Marketing
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing & Project Marketing
Reports- Head-Marketing
- Well exposed to CP Fittings and Ceramics [min 6+]
