Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Officer (PMO) with a background in HR projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: - Plan, execute, and oversee HR-related projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. - Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress. - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. HR Project Involvement: - Collaborate with HR teams to understand project requirements and objectives. - Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives such as recruitment campaigns, employee engagement programs, and training and development projects. - Analyze and interpret HR data to provide insights and recommendations. - Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Develop and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to various stakeholders. Analytical and Strategic Planning: - Conduct thorough analysis of project data and performance metrics. - Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary. - Support strategic planning efforts by providing insights and recommendations based on project data. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field. - Proven experience as a PMO or Project Manager, specifically with HR projects. - Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with demonstrated ability to create compelling presentations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. - PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Skills and Competencies: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights. - Project Management: Strong organizational skills and experience with project management methodologies. - HR Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR domains such as recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. - Strong in PowerPoint and Excel.
