- Conduct regular performance reviews and support career growth paths.

- Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize delivery, cost-efficiency, and service quality.

Job description:
