Sr. manager
Key Responsibilities :
Operations :
- Drive and/or support global and/or regional initiatives through adequate project management
- Identify efficiencies in the governance workflow and implement improvement/changes
- Ensure timely and accurate creation and review of various MI & reporting
- Create analytical report and presentations as required, highlighting trends and identifying potential issues
- Develop solutions by employing timely, rigorous and logical analysis
- Build and manage flow of information/data to ensure an accurate output
- Plan and execute various governance projects related to the Joint ventures
- Critically review all performance metrics and reporting from the Joint ventures for completeness and utility
- Attend and participate in business review meetings, identify issues and facilitate resolution
- Independently assess an issue and ensure relevant teams are addressing it
- Escalate matters to the right stakeholders in a timely manner
- Design, develop and maintain standard documentation for senior management meetings
- Deliver all assigned projects and tasks in timely and accurate manner
- Take prompt actions based on business needs wherever needed

- Effectively communicate with onshore and offshore teams and management
- Build strong work relationship with all stakeholders
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
People :
- Lead the team to deliver quality and quantity in a timely manner
- Showcase good leadership skills across all disciplines

- Create an environment that motivates and supports people to achieve higher performance
Financial :
- Accountability for the general management of all expenses against company policies for areas of direct responsibility only
Experience / Qualification / Key Skills / Attributes :
Essentials :
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience in financial services, banking, insurance, analytics, market research, consultancy or any other parallel industry
- Minimum MBA qualification in a relevant area
- Strong project management skills and ability to track against agreed timelines
- High comfort with creating and presenting information through powerpoint
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in written format
- Ability to work independently as individual contributor
- Ability to travel as required
- Any knowledge of analytical tools and databases will be an added advantage

- IC role
- Person needs to be an MBA
- Look only from captives
- Have to be involved into project governance. No PMOs
- General shift but has to be open to UK shift as well
- Excellent comm skills
- Has to have worked on custody (functional) projects. No IT projects please. Even if currently working on a different domain but has worked prior into atleast 1 custody project; acceptable
