Senior Manager - Project Finance - Private Equity Firm

One of the Private Equity Firms is hiring for a Project Finance professional preferably in Solid Waste Management to support & scale its business.

Reports to MD

Job Responsibilities :

- Financial Modeling for evaluating deals / projects - Assist the senior management team to take a informed call on the projects

- Industry and Company research - detailed diligence on the company

- Researching companies, particularly in terms of their financial functioning

- Analysing company accounts, profit and loss sheets and cash flow information

- Interpreting complicated financial information

- Writing financial research summaries

- Making informed recommendations

- Understanding the market positioning of the business

- Legal Documentation (Term Sheet, Agreements, etc) - involves working on detailed terms of the agreement

- Develop and help implement strategies for specific portfolio companies to increase revenue, improve operations, strengthen financial controls, and increase shareholder value

Exp/Skills:

- 7-10 years Exp

- CA/MBA

- The candidate MUST have investment experience (IB, Structured Finance, Eq investment) in Solid Waste management sector in last 4 years,

- Corporate Finance / Project Finance in waste management company

- Strong ability to manage internal / external stakeholders

- Flexibility

- Strong communication

- Diligent and meticulous with an eye for detail
