Senior Manager - Production - Construction/Engineering

- Lead our next phase of development into a world-class, high-performing, integrated hub (with production, R&D, testing, and sourcing)

- Coordinate plant activities with departmental managers/supervisors to ensure the production unit objectives are accomplished in a safe, ethical and environmentally sound manner.

- Actively support and enforce the plant's HSE standards, lead by example and maintain high standards to ensure compliance with all applicable central, state, local, and company rules and regulations.

- Recruit, develop & coach production unit heads to achieve their maximum potential; Ensure leadership pipeline and competence development across the team.

- Work cross functionally as a senior management team member to plan, develop, and execute company goals, objectives, and compliance measures.

- Drive and deliver productivity improvements in the plant

- Develop strategies, roadmaps, goals, and operating KPI-s to drive optimal manufacturing performance, including anticipation of and management of capital requests in conjunction with business needs, growth strategies, and product cost requirements

- Align with & establish a sustainable network with the global production organization to ensure best-practices, methods, and technologies are integrated within the company.
