Senior Production Manager - (Automobile / Food & Beverages / Pharma Industry)

- Responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and supervision of entire operations.

- To monitor activities including shop floor, daily operations as per EHS and Quality compliance.

- Driving Root Cause Analysis and executing robust CAPA for all failures in production areas.

- Ensure effective preventive maintenance program in place

- Work closely with support function and resources management

- Provide relevant training to ensure employee retains craft skills.

- Undertake special assignments or projects as directed by business head, Initiate project to improve quality, efficiency and safety of the lines and departments.

- Identify cost saving opportunity and undertake projects to improve.

- To ensure timely closure of change request and validation protocols with respective systems and 100% compliance to quality standards.

- Manage line and production scheduling plan workforce utilization to ensure efficient utilization of company's resources a timely deliver to customer.
