Senior Manager - Product Strategy

- Understanding overall business of target customer segment and their credit requirements

- Designing the lending products catering to the customer requirements

- Formulating USPs of the lending products

- Getting policy framed around the products and implantation of the same across the organization

- Ownership of profitability of newly launched products

- Updating the products in accordance with changes in market, RBI policy etc.

- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis to take feedback and improve the product further

- Customer feedback survey on the products and working on feedbacks
