Senior Manager - Prouct Sales

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products to potential customers. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect potential customers for our products.

2. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.

3. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

7. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.

8. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.

9. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and expand professional network.

10. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a product sales role.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

5. Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals.

6. Knowledge of the product or industry is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to learn about the product and effectively communicate its value to customers is essential.

7. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.

8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

9. Bachelor's/PG degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

10. Availability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
