Senior Manager - Product Operations & Compliance - Asset Management Advisory - CA/CS

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager - Product Operations & Compliance will be responsible for overseeing the current business operations in the fund space, specifically focusing on managing private equity transactions, legal document reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong financial expertise, a deep understanding of legal and compliance frameworks, and the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end process of transactions in the unlisted space, ensuring thorough legal and financial due diligence.

- Ensure timely and accurate communication with all counterparties, including internal teams, legal advisors, consultants, and third-party service providers.

- Continuously monitor market trends and developments to assess new fund products and structures, ensuring they align with market demands and regulatory frameworks.

- Take responsibility for the audit, tax filings, and all regulatory filings related to current entities, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Manage and mentor the team, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- CA + CS

- 7-8 years of experience in the financial services sector, with expertise in finance, legal, taxation, and audit.

- Strong understanding of capital markets, financial products, and private equity transactions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
