Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape, identify market trends, and analyze customer behavior.
- Develop deep customer personas and journey maps to understand the needs and pain points of individual creators.
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for product improvement and optimization.
- Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Create compelling value propositions and key differentiators within the competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.
- Go-to-Market Strategy
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and offerings.
- Collaborate with the product team to prioritize and launch new features that address customer needs.
- Develop and manage product launches, including marketing campaigns, website updates, and customer communication.
- Content Marketing
- Create high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, and videos, to educate and inform the target audience about value proposition.
- Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including social media channels and website content.
- Customer Insights
- Gather customer feedback through surveys, user interviews, and social listening.
- Analyze customer feedback and translate it into actionable product enhancements and feature requests.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the impact of product marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including content creators, influencers, and industry partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of the music industry and the needs of content creators.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with content marketing and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Passion for music and the creator economy.
