Primary Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Planning, Designing and Developing E-strategy - Business Impact
- Customer experience.
- Managing the entire product line life cycle - from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Close interaction with software engineers and web designers during the entire product lifecycle from design, prototyping, implementation, QA to maintenance.
- Monetization in online space by means of Branding & Digital Marketing.
- Building Online Reputation (Branding), E-Marketing (Online/Digital Marketing), Alliances, Associations and Tie-ups.
- Collaborating and reaching mobile users, managing SMS Campaigns and WAP enabled website.
- Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
- Well versed with Web Technologies
- Well versed with Mobile Technologies
- CRM & Loyalty
- M & E Commerce Product Development
- CMS
- Data Analytics
Creating digital platforms for all lines of business to enhance efficiency and aid
