Responsibilities:1. Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy to drive growth, user acquisition, and retention on the mobile app. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product development and business objectives.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture that excels in creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
3. Funnel Optimization: Leverage your understanding of product funnels to identify and implement opportunities for optimizing user acquisition, conversion, and retention rates, resulting in improved ROI.
4. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Collaborate closely with the product team to successfully launch new product features and updates to the market. Craft compelling value propositions, positioning, and messaging to effectively communicate the app's unique selling points.
5. Insights Gathering: Utilize a data-driven approach to gather insights from various sources, including consumer outreach, competitor analysis, and user behavior data. Translate these insights into actionable strategies to enhance the product experience.
6. Experimentation and Hypothesis: Develop hypotheses based on data insights and customer feedback, and design and execute experiments to drive product-led growth. Analyze results to iterate and improve strategies continuously.
Requirements:1. Proven track record of working in product marketing roles within the mobile app industry, ideally in real money gaming or similar domains.

3. In-depth understanding of product funnels and user behavior analysis to optimize conversion rates.

6. Experience in conducting experiments and A/B testing to drive product-led growth.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders.
