Job Description & Responsibilities:
You and your team will lead the B2B / B2C / strategy while developing and delivering an overall Marketing program ranging from Corporate, Digital, Brand, Product Development, CRM, Media, Events, Strategic Marketing Partnerships or Social Media Marketing all to engage our consumers and partner base. You will also explore new potential partnerships and marketing strategies to pilot and scale for growth to build the business for the Group.
The Manager is expected to:
- Develop integrated multi-channel marketing plans targeting specific audience segments and destinations to achieve key business metrics and return on investment.
- Lead, coach and inspire direct and indirect reports to deliver best-in-class marketing, crm, product solutions.
- Budget management & spend allocation for media mix based on Product / Brand market growth potential;
- Launch new and creative pilot marketing programs to explore new business opportunities.
- Drive Product / Brand Awareness and Consideration in the region including growth against competition;
- Lead and run local marketing content and communications delivering on budget and timings.
- Champion a strong test and learn program within the Digital Products marketing Environment.
- Work hand in hand with the Growth Marketing, Business Insights, and Business team to deliver integrated best in-market plans.
- Creating lasting impression among consumers and improving product sales and market share.
- Organization's advertising and marketing activities send out the right image.
- Create Band Guidelines and making sure that employees follow them.
JOB DESCRIPTION FORMAT
- Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits.
- Looking at the pricing of products and analyzing the potential profitability
- Generating names for new & existing products and services, coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including imagery.
- Overseeing the production of advertisements, newspaper, magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with are designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers.
- Checking Marketing Copy.
- Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitoring Product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
- Coordinating the Launch programme to external customers as well as employees.
Requirements:
- 8- 12 years of marketing or consumer marketing planning and execution, preferably in an online environment (B2b/B2c) for a Retail Brand, Fintech or E-commerce Industry.
- 8+ years' experience in B2C & B2b marketing (must) strategy including experience in direct response or lead generation marketing & outreach;
- Marketer with a real passion for reaching people in innovative ways through all channels in Digital world.
- Experienced in strategic long term planning and effectively driving the vision;
- Extensive experience in developing consumer marketing strategy and leading multi- channel Consumer Marketing plans, Product launch and campaign execution;
- Experience handling resources for marketing creative, design, and brand activation;
- Ability to build customer-focused merchandising and marketing roadmaps;
- Ability to inspire and work successfully with cross-functional groups such as sales, operations, and product to drive business impact;
- Well versed in the scientific mind-set, able to use data, thorough understanding of an online customer buying behaviour
