Senior Manager - Product Manager - Asset Management Advisory

Job Summary: The recruit will be responsible for leading new product development within the fund space, both in India and overseas jurisdictions, including GIFT City. This role will also encompass handling tax-related information and collaborating with consultants and legal teams to ensure the successful launch of financial products. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with strong financial expertise and an ability to manage the entire product development lifecycle from inception to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end development of new financial products, from initial concept through to final implementation.

- Ensure accurate and timely communication with all counterparties, including internal teams, consultants, and legal advisors.

- Lead the planning, strategy, and execution of new products, contributing valuable insights and ensuring successful launches in the market.

- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and operations, to support product development and launch.

- Analyze market trends and updates to develop new fund products and similar structures that align with market demand and regulatory frameworks.

Key Requirements:

- MBA or equivalent degree in finance, business administration, or related field.

- 6-7 years of experience in the fund space or financial product management, preferably within the financial services sector.

- Strong understanding of capital markets, financial products, and ODI issued by FPIs.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in product management, market analysis, and strategic planning.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
