Through planning, organization, validation, and execution, this position will be responsible for blending the vision of the founders, the voice of the customer, and engineering team members with the latest and greatest industry trends to deliver and expand our product and ensure unique value is derived from both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

- Understanding business needs, market research, generating product requirements, defining execution strategy, and aligning the tech team for implementation.

- Lead a team of product managers and drove the translation of the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, facilitating seamless execution.

- Identify market opportunities with the help of user research and competitive analysis.

- Drive data-informed product decisions.

- Build and coach the best B2B SaaS team of product managers, designers, and analysts to build best-in-breed products.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in B2B SaaS product management.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Understanding and appreciation of platform, API integration, databases, business applications, and UX.

- Thorough understanding of project management and agile development methodologies.

- Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.

- Strong ability to understand business processes, logically group business problems, and identify the gaps between business processes and software processes.

- Ability to leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research to define a product roadmap.

- Experience in tools like Jira, and Confluence is an advantage.

- Strong experience in writing Flow charts, process charts, Test Cases, etc.

- Strong presentation skills in the area of problems, solutions, benefits, challenges, mitigation, plans, etc.

- Software development experience in the past.
