Position is of Senior Manager - Product, LAP with a Leading NBFC in Pune. Responsible for driving Key Business Projects and delivering on the Revenue and Productivity metrics for the LAP product.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Monitoring performance and suggesting corrective action for:
- Product and portfolio performance
- Pricing and revenue generation
- Employee and Direct sales team productivity
- New Capabilities Development, Launch & Drive for effectiveness (Product / Schemes)
- Process re-engineering
- Help business deliver the Business planning initiatives (AOP / LRP / Re-forecasting)
- Effectively engage with cross functional teams (Operations, Risk, HR, IT, BALIC etc) to understand and contribute to overall processes across locations
- Conduct Re-pricing of loans on change of BFRR
- Prepare GAP analysis, SWOT Analysis & Risk analysis
- Set Benchmarks for productivity & Productivity Analysis and management
- Suggest and Implement productivity improvement measures
- Training Management on process and product
- Understand current product mix & Set benchmarks on ideal product mix
- Study competition products, benchmarking and evaluate the effectiveness of products
- Break down business numbers channel wise and location wise
- Understand business forecasting model and refine the same from time to time as per requirements.
- Measure channel wise employee wise target achievements
- Calculate and process incentives for the team
- Contest Design and Launch
- Understand impact of contest and other sales promotion activities on business numbers
- Calculate eligibility, communicate results and distribute contest awards
- Database management
- Understand and make efficient use of CRM
- Prepare System Requirement Documents for new capabilities
- Designing and launching contests and schemes for employees and Channel Partners
- New Product Initiatives and New Market launches
- Creating tie ups with external and internal parties to explore cross sell opportunities
- Design of Promotional Campaigns and other tactical strategies to enhance top line in a short span of time.
- Conceptualize and execute new projects for the mortgage product
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate with 5-6 years ( or) postgraduate with 3-4 years of prior relevant work experience
- Have experience in managing HL/ LAP products in a sales (channel management) or credit role and should have experience in a multiple market environment. Experience in a product role and or a Head Office role can be an added strength.
- Excellent in communication skills.
- Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter.
- Good knowledge of MS-Office.
