Sr Manager Product - General Insurance - WFH

We are hiring for Sr Product Manager - Commercial Product.

We are looking for a self-driven innovator with a digital-first mind-set to drive our Commercial General Insurance products (Fire, Marine, Engineering, Liabilities, Miscellaneous).

- You will be responsible for setting the product roadmap, leveraging market trends and competitive research to develop easy-to-understand, innovative general insurance products along with adjacent services.

- This role requires strong market sensing capabilities to identify commercial product placement opportunities with Insurance brokers, Fintech and B2C E-com players. You will drive the go-to-market strategy, customer adoption and feedback.

- You will work closely in cross-functional teams, evaluating key consumer needs and evolving market trends to build a great customer experience. To develop these, you'll use cutting edge technology solutions.

- While enabling exciting sales journeys, you will ensure robust underwriting and develop adjacent services. You will report to the Chief Product Officer.

- You should preferably have 5+ years of experience in product management or project management in a general insurer/ insurance broking house.

Strategic :

- Driving development and launch of innovative commercial general insurance Product & Services.

- Overseeing the development and management of the product's roadmap, based on the allocated budget and segment growth plans

- Taking responsibility for the Integrated launch office for pre and post development efforts.

- Taking ownership of the Platform design & development

- Creating customer success journeys
