Job Description:-

- To spearhead the product development initiatives of the Company's Application Research Laboratory [ARL]. Primary responsibility shall be to create a product pipeline to effectively enhance the Company's competitive edge in the market.

- The executive shall be leading a team of professionals to develop concepts, products and solutions by coordinating with Sales Team, end users and based on market feedback and market trend analysis. Incumbent should facilitate close interaction with customers, OEMs and Key accounts to develop and deliver products that help the Company to enhance market share, ensuring availability o f customer accepted products / solutions in the identified products and markets.

- The incumbent should lead the team in effectively supporting the manufacturing / operations steam through transfer of new technology, value engineering, RM substitution, handing over of SOPs for effective scaling from pilot to batch production. Support the Sales and Technical Services team in matters of RFP review, Product Customization, running product trials and stabilization of new products. Incumbent shall be responsible for handling the pilot plant of ARL, maintenance of project plans and their execution, generation of training material, technical literature for use of all including customers / trade partners etc.

- The incumbent shall be responsible for compliances necessary in relation to her / his area of work. She / he shall be responsible for identification of new projects and also execution of approved projects as per timeline, including reporting and MIS generation related to her / his area of work. The incumbent will also be responsible for CAPEX planning and implementation etc. as may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualification: (only AICTE/ UGC/ MHRD/ AITA/ UFTAA/ Govt. of India/ State Govt. approved Institutes/ Universities):-

- Full Time Engineering Graduate with specialization in Mechanical / Chemical / Metallurgy / Petroleum / Petrochemical / Oil Technology or M.Sc. in Chemistry / Polymer Chemistry.

- PhD in Mechanical/Chemical/Metallurgy/Organic/Physical Chemistry shall be preferred.

Preferred Experience:

Relevant experience of R&D in the field of Greases/Lubricants/Lubricants or Grease additives or similar industry will be preferred.
