Senior Manager - Product Control - FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY

ROLE SUMMARY :

- Review daily P&L, including understanding risk positions and market moves for P&L explanation, and review of flash vs formal differences

- Engage in detailed discussion and attend to ad hoc queries from the traders related to trading revenue and Balance Sheet

- Engage with risk managers on risk positions and P&L

- Gain understanding of provisioning and price testing controls and processes, and review the month end working

- Detailed review of month end adjustments and Balance Sheet validation

- Review and analyze complex financial reports and financial statements analysis and present the same to the management

- Ensure that the teams' KPI and SLA are met

- Product Controls system related projects, process enhancements, UAT testing, etc

- Reporting & resolution of manual adjustments and breaks

- Support change project initiatives

- May also be required to manage a team

ROLE REQUIREMENTS :

- 4 years experience in Product Control

- CA/ CS/ MBA/ CIMA or a graduate in Accounts/Commerce with experience in Accounting related work

- Strong financial product knowledge (Equity, Commodities, Fixed Income & FX) and markets of the relevant asset class

- Strong people management skills are a must as this might be a leadership role

- Ability to work across global stakeholders

- Analytical, Efficient, Accurate with good communication skills

- Strong Microsoft excel & word skills

- Flexible to work across APAC (5.30/6.30AM) or EMEA (1:30/2:30PM start time) time zone
