Senior Manager - Product & Business Specialist - Life & Health Insurance

Job Purpose :

1. To be responsible for developing and managing Health Insurance and related products for Paybima.

2. To Design and deliver elegant and delightful product experiences.

3. To ensure highest level of client satisfaction.

4. Research, identify and articulate customer needs.

5. To be responsible for revenue generation from Health and Life related products on Paybima.

Duties & Responsibilities :

1. To design health insurance and related products end-to-end, including discovery, ideation, conceptualizing, detailed design, prototypes, and validation to create distinctive Digital Insurance solutions for Health and Life Insurance Products on the Paybima portal.

2. To Co-ordinate with vendors and developers to create elegant user experiences that facilitate the capture of business impact.

3. To Build prototypes and design tests to validate customer needs, requirements, and behaviors.

4. To lead development of the roadmap through conducting best practice research, survey data, & analyzing the competitive environment and understanding key product metrics.

5. To translate the business requirements into functional documentation.

6. To coordinate with internal and external Support Teams Track progress and development status of each project Monitor existing live projects and change requests.

7. Preparing Training and product knowledge material to support tele-sales team and distribution channels

8. Liaising with Insurance companies for Online Integration, Legal & compliances, Contests Development, Reward and Recognition initiatives

9. MIS preparation
