Achieving Top & bottom line for Par, Non Par & Annuities product segment for the channel
- Product category business mobilization through improvement of front line activation, conversion efficiency and other enablers
- Track sales equation on the basis of branch, SP and FLS activation
- Working in tandem with Marketing for positioning the product segments, launching campaigns and creating customer communication
- Strategically planning, identifying and executing new opportunities within various channel verticals
- Project management
- Introducing cross-sell campaigns using data analytics
- Responsible for managing digital marketing, promotional activities through ATL & BTL activities and lead generation
- Strategizing and using sales enablers to drive sales and achieve established monthly and yearly targets
- Plan new product launch & GTM strategy for the channel
- Creating demography wise value proposition solutions for effective product penetration and market share
- Monitor competition Product Mix & mobilization of key products
- Tracking of competition market share across product segments & channels
