Job Description :


- Lead the technical design, build, deployment and run of the Forecast Engine Utility (FEU). FEU uses machine learning to produce one volume forecast for CD and SC demand with the target of 80% of volume being no touch.


This role is the Product Manager for FEU who will partner with the planning teams globally, product teams that utilise FEU forecasts and market teams who deploy FEU to deliver the vision of one no touch forecast.

Description :

1. Engage with the iOPS Design Authority, Tech Deployment teams and planning transformation team to define requirements and capabilities

2. Develop and provide new solutions to enhance the FEU product in the form of data science, data integration and ML OPs


3. Setup up and lead pilots and experiments to improve forecasting performance and scope


4. Industrialise and automate model build and run


5. Design and lead integration builds and testing


6. Set up and run ML OPs


7. Manage planning and deployment of vendor partners


8. Manage design, build and run budgets


9. Manage forecast run performance to achieve forecast accuracy, bias and no touch adoption targets


Track and communicate deployment and run performance of FEU

Profile :

Essential :

- Strong knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning and Analytics

- Strong knowledge of technology platforms to deploy at speed and scale


- Supply Chain process knowledge


- Excellent communication and influencing skills to build trust and support with stakeholders


- Strong Business Partnering capability and experience.


- Experience of delivering projects and working with multiple business teams and stakeholders


- Global Project Management, Budgeting and Tracking


- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy


- Experience of delivering End to end Data and Analytics global projects


- Ability to lead in a complex ambiguous environment
