Senior manager - Process Excellence - Quality
Job description :
- Responsible for refining the transformation roadmap of new transitioning accounts and define the success parameters
- Program managing transformation roadmaps viz projects and continuous improvement activities by operating in a client facing role
- Lead and develop automation solutions
- Plan ahead to influence the productivity commitments positively, call out risks and suggest options that mitigates them
- Build relationships with key business leaders and other stakeholders to drive improvements and change management
- Work on RFP/RFI with Business Development teams on transformation and continuous improvement strategies
- Responsible for managing the quality function for the outsourced partners, which includes process and operational excellence, six sigma, lean, transformational and corporate quality initiatives across all business units
- Strategize and build a strong quality function and create a road map for the same
- Developing process improvement and innovation strategy for business, planning and execution of projects; managing process improvement program
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices from within and outside the organization and implement them and drive performance bench-marking
- Provide leadership and direction to execute the projects
- Act as key change agent and facilitator
- Reviews feedback from Business channels regarding the Quality aspect of Customer Services
- Setup and refine metrics as an ongoing activity
- Currently leading and owing transformation and process improvement initiatives for a client relationship spread across two locations
- Formalization of productivity improvement roadmap for the client involving IT solutions
- Mentoring Green belt projects and deploying Lean principles for process Improvement
- Supporting Transitions on Metric Validation, Staffing Assessments & Solution design validation
- Ensuring that all SLA are met on time. Doing Process Mapping, Documentation, tollgate reviews and sign off with customers.
Candidate specification :
- Must be certified Black Belt from a reputed certifying body/organization (e.g. ASQ or equivalent) with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology
- Experience of working in a global and virtual team/consulting assignment would be a definite advantage
- Must have hands-on experience in project management tools in Insurance domain or healthcare domain.
- Must have excellent analytical, presentation & communication skills
