- Extensive hands on experience in the field of Quality & sound understanding of Lean & Improvement Methodology Engineering (at least 8-10 years)
- Must have successfully executed critical projects of cross functional nature in multiple geographies with multiple client business environment.
- Relevant experience in Service and BIFS industry
Experience in Six Sigma/Lean (Black Belt) & must have worked on Projects, process improvements & assurance related activities (3 - 5 years)
- Identify & Drive critical projects at Branches & Corporate with an intent to replicate it across all locations PAN India & generate QNI outcome.
- Design, Develop & Drive Ideation across the organization.
- Facilitate capability building on key areas in the respective functions with an objective to develop a - critical mass- across the organization.
- Drive Project management process within the organization through a structured process including need identification, review, closure, sign offs & implementation.
- Engagement of self/team in Critical Strategic Initiative projects & High impact projects.
- Partner with stakeholders to Identify project opportunities through boot camp, brainstorming, BSC etc.
- Utilize Audit, Assurance & complaint reports to identify gaps & project opportunities.
- Monitor progress & establish reporting system through a dashboard for review by seniors/stakeholders. Intervene, seek intervention & establish governance mechanism wherever required.
- Facilitate timely execution of projects assigned to self & team.
- Post completion of projects, ensure change management for effective implementation, sustenance & replication.
- Establish QNI process with requisite sign off on financials.
- Establish ideation framework within the organisation & key work groups (Distributors, vendors, key customers etc.) through regular engagement, awareness & driving participation on themes & to nurture ideas.
- Create a culture and drive awareness on this theme within the organization using suitable media and communication channels.
- Design, develop & enhance ideation engine as a platform for collection & classification of ideas, resource allocation, status update & monitoring of progress.
- Facilitate and evaluate generation, implementation and replication of ideas.
- Timely & effective Resource allocation to manage various initiatives.
- Administer the R&R framework for Knowledge management and ideation.
- Work closely with Change Management Team to facilitate changes arising out of the various ideation initiatives
- Support in driving quality culture through Quality month, road shows, R&R etc.
- Ensure timely Goal Setting for the year.
- Resource Optimization to ensure high productivity through effective Work Allocation.
- Ensure Regular Performance & Progress Review. Develop Performance improvement plan wherever required.
- Regular feedback/Reporting to AVP on progress
- Regular coaching & mentoring to the team.
- Timely & documented feedback to team
