Experience required: 12+ years - Hyderabad location.
- Health care industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering value.
- Hands-on experience in using tools like DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, control), value stream mapping, 5M (machine, man, method, material, money), 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain).
- Working knowledge and experience of designing and implementing Change
- Understanding and hands on experience in implementing ERP, RPA and other Workflow automation tools.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA - Hospital administration or operations management or organizational development.
To build a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization across the units with primary focus on enhancing patient experience, quality, and ensuring efficient operations across all existing and upcoming units.
Job Responsibilities:
- The journey of process excellence and strategic process improvement at Hospitals, and act as a subject matter expert to stakeholders in identifying, prioritizing, and implementing process improvement projects.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for process improvement that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This may involve conducting analyses to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains. Process improvement projects and initiatives, including mapping current state processes, mapping future state processes, and implementing process changes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within Hospitals by fostering innovation, encouraging feedback from staff members, and recognizing achievements in process excellence. Collaborate and engage cross functional members at all levels of the organization and execute initiatives that will drive quantifiable savings/improvements.
- Collect data, conduct diagnostic analysis, identify opportunities that positively impact quality, cost, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction and present an action plan.
- Process development, implementation, assessment, automation, and improvement using process tools like lean and six sigma.
- Measure process adequacy, effectiveness and improve compliance score.
- Process design - Create new workflows from scratch to achieve the desired MOS (Measure of success)
- Process mapping - Create process flows and diagrams of "As Is" and "To Be".
- Work with the IT & operations teams to drive the change agenda, automate, simplify processes, and enhance customer experience.
- Manage process documentation repository and ensure data accuracy.
- Calculate financial cost and benefits.
- Identify process risk and provide mitigation/control plan.
- Provide training and coaching to business teams on process excellence concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Perform other incidental tasks, as required.
- MIS & reporting.
