Process Management in aligned functions :
Documentation : Facilitate function in identification & documentation of business processes in a standardized manner
Change Management : Ensure consistent process documentation quality by guiding & facilitating process validation. Works with process owners to keep process documents up to date with changing business needs
Process Awareness : Process Deployment & roll out to ensure process reach last level
Process Adherence : Liaise with Audit team for adherence check on documented processes. Also works to close process adequacy issues highlighted by audit team
Process Measurement : Identify effectiveness & efficiency measures for business processes for effective measurement. Gather data around identified metrics to identify concern areas that need to be actioned.
Role Based-Performance Score-Cards : Design & Automate process performance score cards around Product Life Cycle Management, Customer Life Cycle Management and Support functions)
Role Based-Performance ScoreCards : Build, Maintain & Publish trend analysis of process KPIs that enables quick analysis and decision making towards process improvements
Process Improvement in aligned functions :
Identify Improvement Opportunities : Works with aligned function to identify process failures/ issues / Process enhancement opportunities
Coach on Methodology : Facilitate identified improvement projects focusing on organizational / functional priorities. Coach resources of aligned functions to ensure that there is appropriate quality rigor.
Project Delivery : Lead high impact improvement projects assigned as leader on functional deliverables using methodical approaches such as Lean, Six Sigma etc. Role combines superior stakeholder service with flawless process and project management skills
Project Governance : Monitors project progress and regularly provide updates to key stakeholders on progress / potential delays. Ensure report out to the leadership team. Acts as a mentor on GB projects
Role Based-Benchmarking Management : Design & Deploy Benchmarking approach & strategy for SBI Cards in guidance with functional head
Role Based-Benchmarking Management : Liasioning with Lead Black belts and functions for the identification of Processes for benchmarking and enable the process
Functional Deliverables :
Quality Culture Building : Conduct Quality trainings, Quality induction, Quality awareness across functions & aligned geographies as per functional delivery roadmap
- Continue to upskill self on new improvement methodologies around quality domain to ensure these methodologies are leveraged optimally for business benefits
- Implementation of Functional initiatives within the business priorities of growth, customer satisfaction / experience and productivity
Role Based : Manage Lean & JDI Improvement Programs (Launch of Waves, Communication, CEO Review etc)
Role Based : Manage communication channels from function to make employees aware about functional initiatives & achievements. Create Content for the Quality Community
