This is a Permanent Position with our client for Chennai Location

Education: Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, MBA or comparable work experience in related field

Experience : 8 - 10 Yrs

Location : Chennai

- This position requires the candidate to Lead, Set Processes, Mentor And Train The Pre-Sales Team With A Focus On Presales In Software Products. The Pre-sales lead will be responsible for assisting the Sales teams to drive profitability.

Mandatory Skills :

- Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience working as a Sales head / Presales / Solution specialist /Business Analyst in a customer facing role in the mobile applications industry.

- A minimum of 2 year of proven team lead experience (direct contact with clients, drafting plans, creating documentations, creating high-level designs and architectures, team/resource management). Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with international customers and internal staff

Ability to prioritize : Demonstrated time management and multitasking skills and handling high pressure time lines

- Experience in Speech, Self Service Contact Centre Solution Design/deployment is desirable

- Experience defining customer requirements from both a business and technology angle

- Ability to think analytically, define problems and frame solutions

- Ability to understand and interact with technically-oriented team members

- Ability to interact with internal and external customers to interpret solution requirements

- Familiarity with different pricing and engagement models

- Must be able to independently front-face meetings/discussions with prospective customers and make a difference

Passion : Must be excited about working in a fast-moving, start-up environment, and have the initiative and creativity to secure success in this environment

Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements of Prospective Clients

- Ability to respond to large RFPs

- Plan and execute demonstration of relevant products with a focus on converting customer business requirements into product features to translate into business

- Make solution presentations, highlighting core value proposition of the organization

- Write Sales Oriented Solution Proposals

Team Management Includes :

- Guide the presales team into understanding customer business requirements

- Provide direction, ensure professional outcome, industry standard customer communications (including and not limited to presentations, solution documents, proposals so on)

- Create all collateral for the Pre-sales team needed

- Help the team in resulting meaningful customer interactions thereby ensuring brand image of the organisation

- Proactively suggest the senior management on process and efficiency improvement

- Constantly work on optimal cost calculation methodologies

- Constantly update self and team on latest technologies / solutions in relevant areas

- Identify and train / facilitate appropriate training for the presales team.
