Senior Presales Manager
Requirements :
- Obsessed with solving customer problems.
- Passionate commitment to proactively closing sales deals by creating a powerful value proposition that appeals to senior non - technical leaders
- 5+ years of experience in a sales/solutions engineering role, with experience in the B2B SAAS space for enterprise accounts
- Has worked on hands-on similar platforms (MUST)
- Must have worked on Lighthouse/Enterprise accounts
- On the fly solutioning skills/experience required
- Has a good understanding of India as a market for Martech solutions
- Proven record of pitching, managing and nurturing enterprise deals up to and in excess of $250k+ ARR
- A firm understanding of enterprise integration methodologies, best practices and API/SDK architecture and the unique opportunities mobile apps bring
- A firm understanding of the challenges faced by B2C & B2C marketers and should be able to formulate firm strategies to tackle the same
- Skilled at making customised presentations (pptx), adhoc solutioning docs
- Superior organisational skills working with multiple customers and can switch context quickly throughout the day with various competing demands
- Ability to travel 20% to 30%
- Confident and senior enough to self motivate whilst working remotely
- Contributes to and facilitates the development of other SEs through knowledge transfer and coaching
- Works closely and cross functionally with the local management structure
Pluses :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field is preferred
- Background in Customer Success, Account Management , project management, or technical pre-sales of digital techniques such as ad platforms and networks, marketing automation etc.
- Technical experience/understanding in any of the following areas: Mobile & web platform, SaaS architecture and ESP architecture
Responsibilities :
- Understands and qualify customer goals and effectively articulate MoEngage's ability to bring value to customers
- Understands the concept of 'needs based selling' and articulates and communicates using that language
- Work in concert with the Account Executives to build and adapt sales strategies and drive towards successful sales into Global companies
- Assist in sales stages such as demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations (POC), RFP responses & business justification
- Ensure the success of customer POCs through effective management of success criteria, planning and execution
- Distil and advocate customer interests, needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Sales
- Maintaining awareness of internal roadmap and new product features to evangelise with customers and their feedback to MoEngage product management and engineering teams
- Influence the improvement of Sales Engineering processes and practices
- Continuously learn and update skills and keep aware of industry trends in the MarTech space
