Commercial Banking - Senior Manager, Horizontal Business Development & Presales.

Role Purpose :

- To develop and grow Commercial Banking Horizontal business and presales related activities. The incumbent should have should have worked in similar assignments in the past and preferably with Blue Chip Companies having experience of 8-10 Years in industry

Job Description :

- This position is accountable for growth of business and have rich experience in payments, lending, trade finance and having hands-on experience of Bid Management

- Should be willing & able to participate in pre-sales work - Responding to RFPs, presentations, client interactions etc.

- Working in close coordination with key Client & Sales contacts (International & Domestic).

- Pro-actively generate revenue opportunities and maximize margin.

- Participate in the establishment and development and growth of business, leveraging previous contacts in order to provide a direction and strategy to the client

- Initiate, design and implement business process excellence improvement plans.

- Exhibit awareness of horizontal business / industry trends, practices and technology

- Work with the horizontals and account to mine and full-fill opportunities.

- Establish and maintain key relationships with the client, team leads and client management, also act as a SME. (Subject Matter Expert)

Total 08-10 years of work Experience desired with 6 years of relevant experience.
