Desired Skills and Experience :

The ideal applicant will have a strong background in mathematics and/or statistics with experience in healthcare analytics, outcomes research, data mining/integration and problem solving.

The following qualifications are desired :

- Ph.D./Masters degree/terminal degree in mathematics, statistics, epidemiology, biostatistics, or other related field

- Ability to translate analytic solutions into viable business products

- Ability to plan and design analytic activities as well as analyze and solve complex problems

- Strong ability to communicate complex data analytics clearly in written and oral presentations to internal and external clients

- Ability to leverage analytic work to solve complex business problems

- Desire to work within a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible in taking on various projects

- Competency in SAS is strongly preferred

Job description :

- Provide methodological guidance for ongoing and future analytic efforts

- Strong healthcare background

- Conduct advanced statistical analyses including opportunity assessments, clinical and financial risk tracking, trend identification and predictive modeling exercises

- Coordinate and prioritize analytic projects including client communication, planning, and identifying operational process flow

- Create and maintain comprehensive and standardized data warehouse structures that integrate a variety of healthcare data

- Provide Assessment of data quality using advanced statistical testing and validation techniques

- Interpret and analyze outcomes data to accurately assess, evaluate and demonstrate program performance

- Interpret findings to both the internal executive team as well as client representatives using clear and concise methods

- Willing to travel to USA
