Candidate should have experience in- implementing large Identity and Access Management projects including the following product suites :

- Oracle Identity Management (OIM)

- Oracle Access Manager (OAM)

- Oracle Federation Management(OIF)

- Oracle Privilege Identity Management (PIM)

- Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)

- Oracle Mobile and Social Security(M&S)

- Experience of Architecture/Design/Development/ Implementation experience in Oracle Identity and Access Management and other associated security solutions

- Experience on various OIM connectors- like AD, Exchange, Web services, JDE, etc

- JAVA Development experience related to- Custom Connector, scheduled tasks, event handlers, Work Flow, API/ on Web services based custom integration methodologies.

- Must be aware of coding standards and- best practices to develop configurable, reusable and efficient solutions in alignment with requirements and design considerations.

- Good Experience in Directory server- solutions like Oracle Internet Directory, Active Directory, Oracle Enterprise Directory, Oracle Virtual Directory

- Ability to communicate with all levels- of clients, follow methodologies, and create/present clear concise deliverables

- Ability to understand customer- requirements and translate them into reusable technical offerings/solutions

- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to communicate our offerings to our customers and internal business leaders

- Team Management and Good Team Player and attitude towards learning

- Knowledge on Security standards like- ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOX, CIS.
