- End to end HR activities at the site.

- Operational HR

- Manpower planning and Budgeting,

- Employee Relations at the site

- Coordination of Performance Appraisal Management

- Time Office Management

- Contract Labor coordination

- Support the statutory compliance

- Employee Relations & Compliance

Desired Profile

Should be from B schools, and have handled entire gamut of HR activities with min manpower of 400 - 500 employees.

Experience from Pharma companies are preferred
