Key Responsibility Areas / Activities:
1)Talent Acquisition & On Boarding
- Responsible for end to end plant recruitment and Building the talent pipeline for future recruitment.
- Responsible for closure of vacancies.
- HRIS, People Strong implementation, MIS,
- Position Management
- Maintain the manning @ 99% (Ops & Quality)
2) Legal / compliance / liasoning
- Support Head HR & Administration for Legal / Compliance / Liasoning with govt. bodies / local persons / vendors, etc.
- 100% compliance - Applicable Labour laws, Contract Labour & Contractors. Implementation of Global Comply
- Ensure compliance with the Minimum Wages as per notification issued by the government.
3)Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance to cGMP standards and maintain the facility at ATR
- 100% Compliance to HR QMS of Daman site with zero observations (Major / Critical)
- In-depth understanding of QMS processes of Operations & Quality Function
- Periodic walk-through, Gemba Walk, M Files, Paper Shredding Activity
4) Engagement & Connect
- Co-ordinate HR Initiatives & new initiatives activities like employee of the month spot award, birthday celebration etc.
- Administrative support to all Events / Celebrations /
- Engagement activities
- HRBP - Partnering to business as HR SPOC and establish people connect, Grievance redressal.
- Ensure PACT deliverables
5) Budget & Operations excellence
- Support Head HR & Admin for preparing Opex budget.
- Preparing the budget of Manpower Cost and driving the
- Position Management
- Ensure the Position Management in HRMS.
- Drive the role of People Strong SPOC
- Handling the RPO/Consultant for recruitment activity
