Senior Manager Planning & Control

- One of the Leading Company in Travel Accessories.

- Role: Senior Manager - Planning & Control

- Experience - 7-12 years

- Location: Kolkata or Mumbai based as well. But the incumbent in either case will need to travel to Bangladesh for at least 5-7 days in a month.

- Reports to: GM - Supply Planning

- Reportees: 1-2

Educational Qualification :

- MBA in Ops.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop Supply Plan from set of manufacturing facilities across Bangladesh Set up basis Capacity and Norm based Material Planning /Availability

- Scheduling production on weekly basis marrying the capacity, RM and other constraints as part of Critical Planning Owner .

- Responsible for Raw Material Requirement Planning basis factors such as Cycle Lead Times , Bangladesh-China Sourcing lead times on concepts of Material Requirement Planning

- Work closely with the production unit in Bangladesh and India both for effective compliance of actual production against the Plan

- Uniform & timely availability of FG across size n colors leading to better fill rates, smoothening of delivery cycle for better DC management.

- Planning cycle management of new product launches and product phase outs

- Control and manage inventory levels collaboratively with Inventory and Demand Consumption teams .

- Continuous focus on effective utilization of resources and ensure the cost effectiveness.

- Establishing processes/ systems for streamlining production/supply activities

- Participate in capacity planning and analysis, highlighting constraints & excess capacity

- Analytics , Dashboard Structure set ups on FG Production, dispatch, RM on scheduled frequency
