Position Overview:


Seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving our performance marketing strategy, focusing on optimizing and scaling customer acquisition across multiple international markets. You will work cross-functionally with marketing teams to design, implement, and analyze high-impact performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital marketing, performance tracking, and scaling campaigns on a global level, with a strong focus on ROI and KPIs.


Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness in international markets - across product portfolios

- Campaign Management: Own end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels including paid search (Google Ads, Bing), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), display advertising, retargeting, affiliate marketing, and programmatic.

- Optimization & Growth: Continually optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, creative testing, and conversion funnel analysis to maximize campaign performance, improve cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and enhance ROI.

- Data-Driven Analysis: Use data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness. Monitor key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), impressions, CTR, CPL, CPD, churn rate, and conversion rates to provide insights for improving campaign efficiency and overall marketing strategy.

- Global Market Focus: Manage and optimize campaigns across various regions and languages, tailoring strategies for diverse markets while maintaining global consistency.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation and conversion goals. Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.

- Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring spend aligns with company growth goals. Forecast and track campaign spend, ROI, and performance KPIs.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialist(s), providing guidance on best practices, campaign optimization, and personal development.

- Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in performance marketing, advertising platforms, and B2B SaaS marketing strategies - across global countries

Qualifications: Preferred premium B-school & Tier 1 institutes pedigree

Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment.

- Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on international markets.

- Strong experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic advertising platforms.

Skills & Expertise:

- Expertise in digital marketing performance metrics.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Hands-on experience of setting up campaigns across various platforms

- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis.
