Looking for Digital Marketing Manager (Performance & Digital branding)
Job Description :
Looking for a digital marketing manager who will manage end to end campaigns for performance & digital brand campaigns across channels. You will be part of the growth team and will be directly responsible for driving growth and acquisitions via performance marketing channels. This is a high ownership role - you will need to have an in-depth understanding of the ads ecosystem, and should be able to solve problems independently, and work with our existing channel partners & agencies to drive business goals. You would need to be data driven, analytical & target oriented - agency/multi vertical experience is a plus. Experience on App performance marketing is a must. Youll need to have an understanding of consumer buying behaviours; along with a deep understanding in full-funnel marketing and app marketing. You will be contributing significantly to achieving B2C targets and work within the Growth Team.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities :
A. Digital Marketer
1. Own performance marketing campaigns across channels ( Google, Facebook, affiliates and Programmatic etc).
2. Responsible for setting the overall Performance Marketing and Acquisition Strategy, including planning, budgeting, reporting and driving execution with agency partners across Google and Facebook.
3. Create and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, traffic, conversions and revenue & retention (retargeting)
4. Own & deliver on user growth targets. Scale acquisition of high LTV users across app & web while maintaining efficiency on CACs and AOVs & other metrics.
5. Set up attribution models, multi-channel tracking and quality. Develop robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for our mobile app and digital channels to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments.
6. Drive marketing effectiveness through continuous communication testing (A/B), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning.
7. Monitor & strategize to optimize performance campaigns on channels like Google Ads (UAC, GDN, Search, DV360), Facebook Ads & affiliate networks.
8. Manage and drive results through our performance marketing agency/affiliate partners and work closely with internal stakeholders in Product, tech and data.
B. Data Background
9. Understand data in-depth, and churn out actionable insights to drive campaign performance and goals.
10. Create and manage internal campaign performance reporting along with agency, communication to all stakeholders and updates on campaign performance.
11. Work with internal database & MMP tools ( Singular, Appsflyer) and performance tools like GA4 /mixpanel etc) to understand data flowing in and act on actionable insights and optimise performance (CAC/ROAS/LTV/Retention)
Qualification & Requirements :
- Graduate or Postgraduate 4+ years of experience, minimum 2+ years in performance marketing In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, an understanding of consumer behaviour and campaign structure.
- Hands-on experience with Google, Facebook campaigns & has managed considerable monthly budgets. Platform knowledge for MMPs, deep understanding of attribution, is required.
- Proficient in excel, reporting tools. Full funnel knowledge of app ecosystem, metrics & understanding of how MMP systems work.
- Good to have qualifications- Agency experience/E-Pharma experience is a plus
- Experimentation mindset High customer obsessed and focused, wanting to understand the customer in-depth.
- SQL/R knowledge is not mandatory, but is a big plus.
