Senior Manager - Performance Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Performance Marketing:
- Design and lead data-driven, multi-channel performance marketing strategies to achieve long-term ROI and brand growth objectives.
- Develop comprehensive frameworks for campaign planning and execution across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Analyze and forecast performance trends to inform high-level decision-making, optimizing key metrics such as CPM, CAC, and ROAS.
- Lead cross-functional brainstorming to ideate innovative marketing approaches that drive growth while staying ahead of industry trends.
Marketplaces Strategy & Management:
- Develop a strategic roadmap to elevate presence and sales performance on platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Tira.
- Define long-term goals for marketplace visibility, leveraging analytics to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation.
- Implement strategies that build competitive advantages within marketplaces, enhancing customer acquisition and retention.
- Leverage marketplace data and trends to craft recommendations and actionable plans that elevate the brand's presence and performance.
Website Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the company website is optimized for performance, usability, and customer conversions.
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic through a mix of paid campaigns, SEO, and impactful partnerships.
- Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, identify gaps, and execute timely improvements to enhance the user journey.
Agency & Vendor Management:
- Build strategic relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with company's goals and brand narrative.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics to evaluate agency performance, providing strategic guidance to maximize impact.
- Ensure that agency strategies are innovative, scalable, and forward-thinking to achieve long-term business objectives.
Thought Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a strategic partner across internal teams, aligning performance marketing initiatives with brand objectives and product launches.
- Stay at the forefront of industry advancements to provide strategic insights that shape the future direction of the brand.
- Guide and mentor stakeholders on performance marketing best practices, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and agility.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven expertise in developing and executing strategic performance marketing plans in eCommerce or D2C industries.
- In-depth knowledge of ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc), with a strategic mindset for scaling operations.
- Strong analytical acumen with a track record of utilizing tools such as Amazon Pi, Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization platforms to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization strategies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working across teams and guiding external partners.
- Experience managing agencies and vendors, with the ability to ensure accountability and results.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
