Senior manager- People initiatives and engagement
- Designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business
- Conduct data driven analytics to influence decision making.
- Exposure to insurance industry will be preferred
- Ability to work on large company wide high impact projects.
- Exposure to use of technology and analytics for decision making.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Self starter, go getter
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentation skills,
- Good with excel
- This is an IC role
- The person would ideally come from a Consulting background in a mid/small sized HR Consulting firm.
- It is similar to a consultant role in internal environment.
- The person would ideally be an MBA / PGD in HR from a known Institute.
