Hardcore payroll specialist from good industry background.

- MBA or LLB graduate.

To lead HR Delivery in C&B and support payroll administration and statutory compliances & information by managing payroll preparation; completing reports; maintaining records; adhering to statutory requirements for SBUs Pan India

- Lead and deliver implementation of C&B, Policies & Procedures and HR & Statutory Compliances projects across APAC

- Salary Planning Process implementation including mid-term salary corrections, if any.

- Liaises with Global & Region Compensation team in the development and deployment of Sales Compensation and APIP/LTIP by liaising with functional heads, Finance, RGM wherever applicable.

- Work with Global Compensation for job evaluation/levelling/Annual job audits.

- Define guidelines/ principles within business for all HR Statutory, Compliance, HR Legal programs and frameworks - Effective communication of compensation philosophy & guidelines to stakeholders & business partners in line with Region COE C&B guidelines.

- Pay Structure maintenance & Title Harmonization in line with Global Directives.

- Frontend GEMS (Oracle based Human Capital Management system) & other HRIS and ensure smooth implementation and maintenance of existing and new module.

- Critically review and analyze, across XIL & XTSI LLP, current payroll, benefits and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations.

- Manage and guarantee monthly disbursement of multi-location payroll, reimbursements / advances and other employee payments in coordination with payroll processing vendor and finance teams.

- Lead all Internal & External Audits requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to statutory requirements; advising management on needed actions.

- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources statutory requirements.

- Maintain relations with Labour and PF Department and compliance in conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization for labour law statutory compliance.

- Management and compliance of PF, Superannuation, Gratuity trust, Labour laws, PF Laws, Tax Laws.

- Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (payroll, HR Reports etc.).

- Support APAC region in statutory compliance and Payroll Administration.

- 12 -15 years of relevant experience in end to end Payroll Management and having led statutory compliances delivery & audits. (Preferably led a Shared Services delivery in Payroll Management) and board level compliances / management teams.

- Should have hands on experience on MS Excel and Power point.

- Experience in working on Oracle (desirable)

- Preference for a candidate with strong fundamentals in Employment Laws, State Laws, State regulations.
