The Role:

The person is responsible for to lead End to end knowledge of entire payroll gamut.

Key Responsibilities:

- Compliant, Timely and Accurate delivery of payroll

- Payroll Management for huge volumes

- HRMS in SAP (familiarity with Success Factors/WorkDay)

- Benefits Administration

- Compliance Management

Skills Required:

- Experience in India Payroll

- Excellent in Indian taxation, labor laws, etc.

- Handling large-scale payrolls

- Handling a team of min 10 people

- Good Communication skills

- Strong technical aptitude (Payroll, Finance, Systems, Transition/migration)

- Strong functional skills including statutory knowledge of countries that the person is responsible

- Sense of urgency

- Leadership Skills

- Customer Service focus

- Vendor Management Skills of Migration / Transition of new acquisition

- Understanding of business environment

- Knowledge of job associated database/software/documentation, in particular processing Payroll in an automated environment

- Mentoring/Coaching skills

- Cultural Awareness and ability to adapt approach to achieve desired end state

- Mass communication and inductions

- Excellent knowledge in payroll processing for huge volumes including payrolls controls, validation methods etc

- Deep knowledge in Income Tax, Provident Fund, ESI, Professional tax etc

- Good knowledge in full & final settlement

- Knowledge in wage code

- Accounting and accruals

Experience:

Work Experience: 15 to 20 years
