Partner Performance - Backend
1. Partner Performance calculation like Promotion and Demotion.
2. Partner Termination process. Assessing partner on their performance putting them in Watch list, probable termination and then termination finalization.
3. Partner Ex-Gratia Pay-out Calculation.
4. Sending Communication to field and partners on all performance management activities.
5. Automation of all performance management calculation in system.
6. Architecting and Automation of New MIS relating to New and Existing Programs.
7. Agency admin Activities of Partners.
8. Preparation of Partner Dashboard and New Review MIS.
Partner Office (LAO/DPO/KLIA) Governance:
9. Managing overall governance of partner Offices (Approval metrics, office setups, performance management)
10. LAO Office performance evaluation & tracking
11. Monitoring LAO office documentation
12. Coordinating with internal teams & act as bridge between sales and internal team's bases in Head office for explaining field sales expectations
13. Managing stakeholder expectations and delivery alignment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Qualification: Any Graduate/MBA/CA
Work experience in years: 5+ Years of experience in performance management of distribution. Hard core knowledge of setting operations and invoicing payout.
Skills / experience required: Good in MS office, Proficient in excel for preparing MIS, Good communication Skills.
