We are looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Management to help establish relationships with ongoing support to channel partners and stakeholders. The right individual will be an industry leader with extensive experience focused around India business. They will come with a strong network and knowledge of the B2B domain, have a proven track record showing leadership, strategic acumen, and data-driven analytical skills to play critical roles in directing the long-term future of LogicLadder SMB business.
Wins, maintains, and expands relationships with channel partners. Responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. Represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners- expectations.
- Manage the channel sales team on a day to day basis
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts.
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
- Drives adoption of company programs among partners.
- Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
KEY SKILLS :
- Strong previous experience in creating and handling a B2B channel network.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent Negotiation Skills with strong convincing capabilities
- High degree of self-motivation and ambition to thrive in and grow in a competitive environment
- Work and manage a team and also perform independently
- Flexible in addressing ad hoc issues and adapt and operate in a very fast-paced environment
