Description : 

- Ability to focus on organisation diagnostics of Key processes like Talent Acquisition, L&D through data analytics

- Curate and deliver organisation wide communications as well as engagement

- Manage projects on Talent Management, Organisation benchmarking as well as take part in design and management of interventions

- Responsible for developing as well as enhancing development initiatives across the organisation

- Play a role in culture building throughout the organisation

- Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies

Profile :

- MBA (Full time) in HR is a must

- 8-12 years of hands on experience in handling Organisation Development function, added Learning and Development experience will be preferred

- Experience in Manufacturing/process setups is a must, others will not be considered

- Exposure to HR Excellence Models, OD interventions at different levels, Competence mapping, Assessment Centres

- Tech exposure in managing training programs, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and implementing e-learning programs

- Excellent communication, superior interpersonal skills and high networking skills

- Should have high analytical & decision making skills

- Ability to work on multiple tasks and unstructured environment and bring in systems and processes
