Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Organizational Development (OD) to join our manufacturing team. This role is crucial for driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, and culture initiatives to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement OD Strategies: Create and execute OD strategies that enhance organizational performance and support the achievement of business objectives in the manufacturing environment.

- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, systems, and structures.

- Talent Management: Design and implement talent management programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Training and Development: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall organizational effectiveness.

- Performance Management: Develop and manage performance management processes to drive a high-performance culture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Employee Engagement: Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.

- Organizational Design: Work closely with leadership to assess and optimize organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of OD programs and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure OD initiatives are aligned with business needs and integrated into overall HR strategies.

Requirements:

- Educational Background: Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational development, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within a manufacturing environment.

- Change Management Expertise: Proven experience in leading change management initiatives in a manufacturing setting.

- Talent Development: Strong experience in designing and implementing talent management and leadership development programs.

- Performance Management: Demonstrated ability to develop and manage performance management systems that drive organizational performance.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.

- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

- Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive change and innovation.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and build positive relationships.
