Key responsibilities:
Preparing the organization for the future. The role requires supporting Head OE to implement specific initiatives at Business and at Group level. This requires independently designing and executing the group-wide key strategic HR process & initiatives that help deliver this vision.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities -
1. Creating and upholding the values and culture, embedding the Purpose into the DNA of the organization, integrating in organizational and people processes
2. Holistic Wellbeing - OE team works with Businesses in implementing holistic wellbeing framework of the Group - physical, emotional, financial and social. Also, including elements of giving back to society
3. Diversity - DE&I initiatives
4. Continuous Employee listening and connect - through integrated and various forms, drawing insights, analytics from different tools and org context and taking actions - either directly or through the Businesses.
